1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user, account, integration, automated agent, instruction, input, and output involving the Praviqo Service. Violations may lead to blocked work, suspension, or termination under the Terms.
2. Illegal, harmful, or abusive use
You may not use Praviqo to violate law or rights; facilitate violence or exploitation; distribute malware; evade security controls; impersonate others; commit fraud; harass or discriminate; generate intimate imagery without consent; or acquire, expose, or trade unlawfully obtained personal data.
3. High-impact decisions
You may not rely on the Service as the sole basis for decisions concerning employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, public benefits, or other decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Qualified human review, appropriate notice, and legally required appeal processes remain your responsibility.
4. Communications and consent
Do not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful robocalls or texts, or communications to people who have opted out. You must maintain required consent and suppression records, identify the sender, provide required disclosures and unsubscribe methods, honor opt-outs, and comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable state law.
5. Browsing, scraping, and access
Only direct the Service to access systems and data you are authorized to use. Respect access controls, contractual restrictions, robots directives where applicable, privacy rights, intellectual property, and reasonable request rates. Do not probe or disrupt third-party systems.
6. Sensitive and regulated data
Do not submit payment card data, health information, government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, children's data, or similarly sensitive information unless the Service expressly supports it and a written agreement covers that processing.
7. Misrepresentation and resale
Do not present AI output as professional advice or guaranteed fact. Do not conceal material sponsorship or affiliate relationships. You may not resell access, remove origin notices, or use output to create a confusingly similar competing service except under a written agreement.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, block an unsafe job, require additional verification, preserve evidence, or report activity when legally required. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
