A referred business subscribes

Refunds or chargebacks create a visible reversal
Tracked in software, reviewed before payment.
Referral attribution, commission entries, the hold period, and reversals appear in the affiliate ledger. Payouts are reviewed and sent after the payable balance reaches the stated minimum.
Program terms
- Commission begins only after acceptance of the current affiliate agreement.
- Self-referrals, incentivized signups, misleading claims, paid search on Praviqo brand terms, and unsolicited bulk email are prohibited.
- Future rates may change with 30 days notice; already attributed referrals retain their recorded rate unless the agreement or law requires otherwise.
- Either party may end participation. Earned payable commission remains subject to the agreement, refunds, fraud checks, and chargebacks.
